When an event involves many suppliers with different roles and needs, sending everyone the same briefing creates noise. Peak Events built a tool that automatically generates each supplier's brief from a single source — with only what's relevant to them.

A client was organising an event with a large number of suppliers, each with their own specific needs — schedules, access, contacts, instructions — but also shared information that applied to everyone. Without the right tool, either everyone receives everything (overload) or information arrives late or incomplete.
